Complex Networks and Data Communications Group (CoNexDat), INTECIN (UBA - CONICET)

I am a Researcher at CONICET (National Scientific and Technical Research Council) and Professor at the School of Engineering (Universidad de Buenos Aires) in Argentina.

My research lies at the intersection of Complex Networks and Computational Social Sciences. In these last years I’ve studied opinion dynamics, fairness of machine learning algorithms, and human mobility models, from the perspective of social media.

Previously, I’ve also studied the modular structure and hierarchical organization of complex networks, and I’ve developed several large network visualization tools.
