Registration process
Registration to NetSci-X 2023 is now open. Either if you submitted a contribution or not, you can already start your registration process.
Please notice that, given the large number of contributions received, at least one of the presenters of each accepted contribution (either oral or poster) must have paid their registration before the Early Bird deadline (December 12th December 16th December 20th) in order to keep their slot.
Description of the registration procedure:
All participants must fill the registration form.
Participants requiring a waiver must also fill a waiver request form before December 1st.
After filling the registration form, participants who have not requested a waiver may proceed to pay in the following currencies: Argentinian pesos (for argentinian residents) and Euros or Dollars (for participants coming from abroad). Please find the details for payment below. Participants who have requested a waiver should wait for the answer before proceeding to the payment of the registration (see details below).
All paying participants (faculties/postdocs/PhDs) must fill the payment confirmation form once the payment made, in order to confirm their registration.

Payment procedure
Payment must be done by wire transfer in different currencies corresponding to your home location: participants living in Argentina must pay in local currency (argentinian pesos) while participants coming from abroad may choose US dollars or Euros. Waiver requests
If you need to ask for a partial waiver, please complete the waiver request form before December 1st 2022. All demands will be examined after this date, and decisions will be communicated before the Early Bird deadline.
A limited amount of partial waivers will be awarded according to our budget. Priority will be given to young researchers and researchers from developing countries with accepted communications.
Registration fees
The following tables summarize the registration fees for each category of participants. Local residents will pay in local currency, while foreign participants from any other country will pay in US dollars or euros (as preferred). In order to allow for a large participation of local researchers, NetSci-X 2023 proposes reduced fees for Argentinian residents according to the standards of local financial support.
